1. Website Development Twenty percent (20%) of the total fees shall be paid as an initial amount at the time of placing the order. The remaining eighty percent (80%) shall be paid at the time of delivery.
2. Other Services For the following services, 100% payment is required at the time of ordering: VPS Hosting, Dedicated Server, Web Hosting, Email Hosting, SMS Service, Reseller Hosting, Domain Registration, Storage Services, Database-as-a-Service (Services), DNS Service, SSL Certificate and all other related services.
3. Refund Policy (Applicable Only to Shared Web Hosting & Email Hosting) Refunds are only applicable to: Shared Web Hosting (Single Domain Hosting - Hestia/cPanel, Multi-Domain Hosting - Hestia/cPanel, Cloud cPanel Hosting), Email Hosting. Refunds are NOT applicable to: Reseller Hosting, any service under Reseller Program, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Domain Registration, SMS Services, Storage Services (Cloud Storage, Storage Box, etc.), Database-as-a-Service (Services), DNS Service, SSL Certificate and any other non–shared hosting services. Refunds will be issued on a pro-rated basis after deducting gateway charges of 2.36% (non-refundable). Refund policy applies only to services availed within India.
4. First-Order Refund Eligibility (For New Users Only) Only new Users can claim a refund on their first order. The first order must be cancelled within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are provided for renewals or subsequent orders. Example: If a new User cancels their first shared hosting order within 30 days, a refund will be issued. If the same User places a second order and cancels it, no refund will be provided.
5. Refund Timeframe Refunds, where applicable, may take 5–7 working days to process.
